Shipping Information
The bassoon reeds sold by Desert Rose Reeds are handmade. Generally, orders for 1-5 reeds are shipped 7-14 business days after receipt. For orders of 6 or more reeds, the shipping date is slightly longer; we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
Rush Orders
Rush ordering (1-4 reeds) is available and will be shipped in 2-3 business days. The nominal cost of this service is $20 extra for the entire order.

1 - 5 reeds: $7.50 (add an extra $3 for optional insurance)
6 - 10 reeds: $9 (add an extra $4 for optional insurance)
11 - 20 reeds: $10 (add an extra $7 for insurance)

Returns
Due to health regulations, reeds are not returnable or refundable. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within five business days from the date that you received your order. Damage claims received after five business days from date of delivery will be settled at the discretion of Desert Rose Reeds.
